Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing www.joewebworks.com or engaging our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. These Terms supersede all prior communications unless specified in an executed Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Scope of Services

JoeWebWorks provides custom web development, SEO, and digital automation. Specific deliverables and timelines are governed by a mutually executed SOW. Any features not explicitly described in the SOW are subject to additional fees.

3. Financial Terms

• Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate any technical project.
• Late Fees: Payments delayed beyond 7 days incur a 1.5% monthly compound interest charge.
• Finality: Due to the digital nature of custom development, all sales are final upon delivery of the agreed project milestones.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership of custom-developed code transfers to the Client only upon 100% completion of payment. JoeWebWorks retains all rights to its core frameworks, pre-existing tools, and proprietary development methodologies.

5. Liability & Hosting

We are not responsible for service interruptions, downtime, or data loss caused by third-party hosting providers (e.g., Vercel, Hostinger) or client-side mismanagement of administrative credentials.

6. Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Middlesex County, Massachusetts.
